Job Description

Are you ready to trade long hours on your feet for a career where your industry expertise can make an even greater impact?

If you’ve built your career in hospitality, clubs, recreation, restaurant, or retail and are looking for a new challenge, this is an opportunity to leverage your operational knowledge in a rewarding consulting role.

At Total e Integrated, we help clubs, recreation facilities, hospitality organizations, retailers, and community organizations streamline operations through innovative software solutions. As a Software Consultant, you’ll combine your operational expertise with technology to help clients successfully implement, configure, and optimize our software platform.

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process—leading discovery workshops, recommending best practices, configuring solutions, delivering training, and ensuring clients are set up for long-term success.

This role offers a combination of remote work and the opportunity to travel to client sites for onsite training, project meetings, and go-live support when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client discovery sessions to understand business processes and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through software solutions.
  • Configure TEI software modules to align with client business requirements.
  • Perform solution testing and validation to ensure successful implementation.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions for administrators and end users virtually and onsite.
  • Provide implementation consulting, best practice recommendations, and change management guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build strong client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor during implementations.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Development, Support, and Product teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues and assist clients in complex integrated environments.
  • Create and maintain implementation documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources.
  • Travel to client locations for onsite workshops, implementations, training, and go-live support as required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting project timelines and quality expectations.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, club management, recreation, retail, or a related industry.
  • Experience participating in software implementations or operational system rollouts.
  • Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations, POS systems, back-office operations, inventory management, and eCommerce.
  • Experience configuring or administering business software applications.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of accounting principles.
  • Experience supporting organizational change and user adoption.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel to client sites as project requirements dictate.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard business hours to support project milestones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Hospitality Management, Business, Information Technology, Adult Education, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL is an asset.
  • Experience using JIRA or similar project management tools.
  • Experience with hospitality, club management, or recreation management software.

Why Join Total e Integrated?

  • Make a meaningful impact by helping clients transform their operations through technology.
  • Work with industry experts in a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment.
  • Expand your career through continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
  • Enjoy competitive compensation and opportunities for advancement.
  • Travel and build relationships with clients across North America while gaining exposure to a wide variety of organizations.
  • Help shape the future of software solutions for clubs, hospitality, recreation, retail, and community organizations.
